Use of the Hot Tottie Clubwear website is subject to the following terms & conditions:
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We Collect information about you, firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct promptly.
The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Credit Card Security:
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any website.
All transactions are in pound sterling £ and will show on your credit card statement in your local currency.
Availability: Hot Tottie Clubwear cannot guarantee that all items in the online shop will be available indefinately. If currently out of stock, please contact us and we will try to get in as soon as we can!

Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our website and click on any items you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on order and you will be asked a few details which we need to complete your order. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please make payable to Hot Tottie Clubwear

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery Schedule:
If you require an item urgently, please email me before placing your order. I do not hold large amounts of stock as I am a new business. If the requested items are in stock at the time of the order we aim to dispatch with 1-3 days of you placing an order. If the items are not in stock we shall place these on back order, we ask you to allow up to 28 days for back order items. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet this delivery schedule we will offer a choice of between extended wait or a suitable alternative, or of course cancellation.
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This does not institute a legal binding contract. Only once the goods are dispatched and you receive an email confirming this dispatch, this then becomes an acceptance of your order.
Please note Hot Tottie Clubwear reserves the right to refuse an order once placed and shall refund monies paid.
UK Customers:
1st Class Recorded (Signature on Delivery) - £3.50
Within 1-3 working days from date of dispatch (Subject to availability)
1st Class Next Day Special Delivery (Signature on Delivery) - £4.50 Within 1-2 working days from date of dispatch (Subject to availability/Weekend Posting)
Europe:
Airmail Recorded (Signature on Delivery) - £10.00
Within 5-10 working days from date of dispatch (Subject to availability)
Rest of the World:
International Airmail (Signature on Delivery) - £12.50
Within 10 working days from date of dispatch (Subject to availability)
Gift Box Packaging
If you would like to make your order special we offer a gift box option which can include a message if you desire. Please make this request at time of order.
The charge for this service is £3.50 which is non refundable should goods be returned.
Cancelling Orders:
Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from ordering until 7 working days after date of delivery. If you wish to do so, please email us quoting your order number.
Returns Policy:
Here at Hot Tottie Clubwear we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the product you have ordered, we will exchange or provide a full refund. Please note however, that the postage is not refundable.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means i.e recorded delivery. Hot Tottie Clubwear is not responsible for items that are not returned in this way, and are lost in the post. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in proper re-sale condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met, then we reserve the right to refuse to accept the items returned.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Please note that footwear is non refundable.
